I’ve dealt with Auto Crane for 20+ years. Their product has been very stable and high quality and they’ve been very attentive if there have been any issues. I’m on an Auto Crane dealer council and we have a number of dealers across North America who help establish what the problems are and how we’re going to go about fixing them. Then Auto Crane takes that information, runs with it and tries to make the appropriate changes in their manufacturing.
